"Support was a bit slow, but they helped"
Support didn’t get back to me right away, but once they did, they got the issue fixed. So it wasn’t perfect, but I’m glad it worked out in the end

I ordered a dress for a party mostly because the price was really reasonable, so I wasn’t expecting anything amazing. But when it arrived, I was actually surprised by the quality. It looked cute, fit well, and felt nicer than I thought it would for the price. Definitely a good find, and I’d shop here again.

I had to send a dress back and the process was easy. The return policy felt fair, I just wish the refund had come through a little faster. Overall though, it was still a good experience

The tracking info never matched where my order actually was, which was super helpful if you enjoy guessing games. One minute it looked like it was nearby, the next it might as well have been on another planet. Not exactly the smooth delivery experience I was hoping for.

"Good overall, but packaging could be better"
My order from lucyinthesky showed up in decent packaging. The bag was a little wrinkled from being shipped, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. The dress was folded nicely and looked clean when I opened it. I do think it’s only fair that companies take a little more care with protection when people are spending their money, but overall it was a good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Honestly really happy with it"
I was kind of nervous ordering it, because you never really know with dresses online, but um, it actually showed up looking just like the pictures. The fabric feels really nice too, like not cheap or flimsy at all, and the stitching was clean from what I could tell. I wore it out and, like, got a few compliments, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I had to return a dress, and it was easier than I thought it would be. It took a little bit of time to go through the steps, but the instructions were clear enough, especially the part about packing it back up and attaching the return label. Overall, not a hassle.

"Cute stuff, but maybe not really my style"
I was browsing lucyinthesky some of the dresses did look cute at first. But after a while, I felt like a lot of them started to look kind of the same, lots of cutouts, shiny fabrics, and really short fits. Maybe I’m just being picky, but I was hoping to find something a little more classy or unique. Most of the styles felt a bit too trendy for what I wanted. Not terrible or anything, just not really appealing to me personally.

"I had an issue with my order and…"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix. They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, and at first I was like okay, maybe this won’t be too bad. But then I kept having to follow up and explain the same thing again, which got old fast. the solution in the end was fine, I guess, nothing amazing. I’m giving 2 stars because they did sort it out eventually, but the whole thing felt slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I ordered a dress from Lucy…"
I ordered a dress from Lucy in the Sky the dress was really cute when it finally showed up. The downside was the shipping took longer than I expected, so it didn’t arrive in time for the first event I actually bought it for, which was annoying. I also didn’t love how the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to, especially around timing, because that just makes it hard to plan. Customer service did respond when I reached out, so I’ll give them credit for that. I might order again, but only if I had a few weeks to spare and absolutely wasn’t in a rush

I ordered a dress and ended up sending it back soon after it arrived, the return part was fine and not a big deal, but the refund took way longer than I expected and I kept checking my account like every day wondering when the money was actually going to show up, which got annoying after a while. I just wish they were clearer about how long refunds take, or even better, processed them a little faster.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a dress from Lucy in the Sky and was actually impressed with the fabric. I’ve bought dresses around the same price from other places that felt way thinner or kind of cheap, so I was expecting something like that, but this one felt much nicer. The material was soft, had a good amount of stretch, and fit really nicely once it was on. I wore it for a few hours and it stayed comfortable the whole time, which isn’t always the case with similar dresses. For the price, I’m happy with it and would definitely order again if the fabric on their other dresses is like this too...

"Cute dresses, weird sizing"
I ordered 3 dresses from lucyinthesky.com the sizing was all over the place. One small was super tight, another small was loose around the top, and the medium somehow felt smaller than both of them. The dresses are really cute, but it’s kinda hard to trust the size chart when everything fits so differently. Plus, returns are a bit of a hassle. Not the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless they get the sizing figured out.
